Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery. Some smaller items, such as clothing or accessories, may ship via USPS. Please note that since FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders in U.S.A. Most products are processed within 24 hours.
Return in 30 days for 100% store credit or a refund less return shipping, if the item is unused in the original box. Items must be free of dirt, odor, and pet hair as we cannot accept back used items. Orders that are sent back to us in anything except the original box will incur additional freight charges, from the carrier, that are out of our control and will be deducted from the order amount to be credited back.
