Washing Instructions: Machine wash on gentle cycle with like colors. Wash in cold water and use regular strength detergent. Tumble dry low heat.
Hanging Instructions: Fasten each of the four metal swivel clips to the bars of your ferret's cage. Hang in a location that is easily accessible to your pet, but that still won't inadvertently swing against any objects or cage sides and cause injury. Ferrets that are good at, and relish, climbing might prefer the Nap Sack be hung away from other objects to offer maximum safety. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery. Some smaller items, such as clothing or accessories, may ship via USPS. Please note that since FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders in U.S.A. Most products are processed within 24 hours.
Return in 30 days for 100% store credit or a refund less return shipping, if the item is unused in the original box. Items must be free of dirt, odor, and pet hair as we cannot accept back used items. Orders that are sent back to us in anything except the original box will incur additional freight charges, from the carrier, that are out of our control and will be deducted from the order amount to be credited back.
